Safety

Providing safe, high quality toys for kids is our number one priority. To ensure product safety, we have numerous
safeguards in place including extensive mechanical, flammability and hazardous substance testing on all finished
products. We do advise all our customers to read and follow carefully the safety instructions provided on our packaging.
The buyer / user assumes responsibility for the proper, safe and legal use of this all of our products.
 

PAINTBALLS

  1. Only release Paintballs at a target never at or near another person or animal. All our paintball games are sold as target games and not meant to replicate real combat paintball.
  2. Any paintball products should only be used with genuine Tech Group paintballs (Splatballs). Do not shoot any other projectiles using Tech Group products.
  3. Children under the age range required should be kept away from the products and away from the activity area.
  4. We recommend all our Tech Group products to be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
  5. Do not aim or shoot at other people or animals, especially at the eyes or face.
  6. Do not modify Tech Group products in any way.
  7. The glasses supplied are toy glasses and do not provide actual protection from the sun or from objects.
  8. We recommend that all persons near the game area should wear some type of protective glasses. The suggested standing distance is 15ft (4-5m), but this can not be guaranteed under all conditions.
  9. Paintballs (Splatballs) are not for human consumption. Do not put in your mouth. If swallowed or in contact with eyes, consult your doctor immediately for advice.
  10. All our paintballs are water soluble and non-toxic.



CHALK DARTS

  1. Our Wipeout products are to be played as a combat game either with 2 players or in teams.
  2. The Wipeout guns should only be used with genuine Tech Group Wipeout darts. Do not shoot any other projectiles using Tech Group products.
  3. Children under the age range required should be kept away from the products and away from the activity area.
  4. We recommend all our Tech Group products to be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
  5. Wipeout is a combat game but do not aim towards a persons head, face or eyes. And never at point blank range.
  6. Do not use Wipeout for any type of pet or animal control.
  7. The glasses supplied are toy glasses and do not provide actual protection from the sun or from objects.
  8. We recommend that all persons near the game area should wear some type of protective glasses.
  9. Chalk darts are not for human consumption. Do not put in your mouth. If swallowed or in contact with eyes, consult your doctor immediately for advice.
  10. Chalk dust will brush or wash off of clothing.



WATER GUNS

  1. Do not submerge the battery operated water guns in water as this will damage the electrical parts.
  2. Do not modify the guns in any way.
  3. Always fill with clean cold tap water.
  4. We recommend all our Tech Group products to be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
  5. Children under the age range required should be kept away from the products and away from the activity area.



BATTERY INFORMATION (APPLIES TO BATTERY WATER GUNS AND RC HELICOPTERS).

Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before charged.
Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged by an adult.
Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
Batteries are to be inserted with correct polarity.
Exhausted batteries are to be disposed of correctly.
The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.

Batteries: 4 x 1.5 V “AA” size batteries
 

TO INSERT BATTERIES:
Unscrew battery cover.
Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
Please follow manufacturer’s instructions for safe use and disposal of batteries.
Batteries should be handled under adult supervision.
Ensure battery cover is securely screwed in place before use.
