The Eurocopter® EC665 Tiger was developed in answer to a request from West German and French governments for a need for an advanced multi-role battlefield helicopter. The first flight for the French Army took place in 2003. There are currently 4 main users of the EC665 Tiger: French Army, Australian Army, German Army, Spanish Army.
